Project 1

In either Perspex or Polycarbonate (when a shatterproof solution is required) windows and screens can be cut to size from drawings, templates or the original. Recent projects have included windows for historic racing, rally & classic cars, boats, tractors and construction vehicles. We can also polish the edges and drill holes as required.

Project 2

Seen here is a selection of machined parts that have been manufactured to customer drawings. These components have been produced in Tufnol, PTFE, Acetal and Perspex supplying a broad range of industries.

Project 3

Perspex can be offered cut to size in various thicknesses and in a range of colours & tints. It is often used in display & exhibition work and by sign makers. In addition we can polish edges, drill holes and radius the corners as required.

Project 4

This cover has been fabricated in Perspex from our customer’s drawing. Processes involved include laser cutting, heat forming, drilling and tapping.

Project 5

Our customer, a major player in the oil exploration industry, utilised our knowledge and expertise in the production of this item in Polycarbonate. From material specification, product development and final design we were fully involved in all aspects of the project and supply this on an ongoing basis.
