A manufacturer of military vehicles which saw action in recent campaigns in inhospitable areas of the world, was looking for a solution to the problem of dust and sand entering the cab via the air-conditioning unit.
The answer was a 3mm clear Polycarbonate formed cover with metal u-sections and brackets adhered for strengthening and fixing to the vehicles.
From a detailed drawing, we formed the cover. We then sourced the metalwork, specialist military grade paint and a glue strong enough to withstand the difficult conditions the vehicles would experience.
We produced these on an ongoing basis over several years.
